How many blocks are there in a pack?
The number varies depending on the type of block you buy:
- 72 No 100mm dense
- 48 No 140mm dense
- 90 No 100mm medium density
- 60 No 140mm medium density
- 384 No blockettes – supplied on pallets

Are your blocks delivered on a truck with a crane?
Yes all our blocks are crane offloaded, and we offer the following load amounts, subject to suitable access:
- 360 No
- 720 No
- 864 No
- 936 No
- 1224 No
- 1440 No
How far do your cranes reach and can you deliver my blocks over my wall/on to my scaffolding/at different parts of my site?
Our drivers are instructed to off load products only at the side of the delivery vehicle. We are unable to deliver under power cables. Blocks can be placed on customer’s own pallets if required.
How much notice for delivery do I have to give?
Normally 2 - 3 days is sufficient for Paving & Walling products and up to 4 days for blocks.
Can I return my surplus paving?
Surplus materials can be returned only if in a saleable condition and will be subject to a re-stocking charge which is either: 20% of the value of the goods or minimum of £20.00 whichever is larger.
Do you charge for pallets?
Pallets are charged at £15.00 each and if in good condition are fully refundable on return.
Are these products available from stock? If not how long will it be before they are?
If products are not available from stock then please allow 7 – 10 working days from receipt of order.
Do you deliver on Saturdays?
Unfortunately we do not normally deliver these products on Saturdays.
How can I pay?
We usually take card payment over the phone, or cash can be paid in over the counter. We do not accept cheques.
