Case Study: Edginswell Business Park - Torquay

Much of the work undertaken by our commercial contracting department is on highways, with Edginswell Business Park being a prime example. Working with main contractor Mansells, this Section 38 project included expanding the existing highway by adding a lane and putting in place a new access road. Glendinning also resurfaced all the business park roads and footpaths to the new buildings.
