Local businesses joined forces on this £10m project to build 39 prestigious apartments, forming the highest development ever constructed at Exmouth Marina.

Glendinning has a good, ongoing relationship with Midas Construction - the contractors in the final phase of construction. As a result we were asked to supply over 2000m³ of concrete to the site. With the building being constructed using the latest modern methods combined with traditional concrete frame construction, this landmark building reached its topping out stage on time and within budget.
